Your business truth in one dynamic view. Not static projections but a real-time dashboard showing exactly where you are financially. This becomes your operating compass, and it forces you to face the numbers you've been avoiding.

The 7 Questions
What's keeping you up at 3am? What decision are you avoiding? What would need to be true for you to feel unstoppable again? These aren't therapy questions. They're surgical diagnostics that reveal what's fighting itself in you and your business.

We review these together in a 90-minute diagnostic call. If I can help, we begin immediately. If I can't, I'll tell you that too.

Why this matters: Most consultants waste the first month requesting data and scheduling discovery calls. By the time you complete The Living Budget and The 7 Questions, I already know where the problems are. Day 1 of the paid engagement, we're delivering insights, not asking for spreadsheets.

The Clarity Intensive (90 days)

Weeks 1-2: Investigation

I go deep into your business and your story using the Living Budget and 7 Questions you've completed. Financials, operations, team dynamics, decision-making patterns, and you. Not surface level. The truth.

I'm analyzing the numbers that don't add up, the org chart that doesn't reflect real power, the growth trajectory that plateaued eighteen months ago, the key hire who's actually failing, the biggest client who's quietly shopping your competitor.

This is forensic work. I'm finding what's fighting itself.

Week 3: Truth Session + The Map (3 hours)

I show you what I found in The Private Work Truth Document. What's broken, what's fighting itself, and why. Complete clarity. Your custom 90-day roadmap.

This isn't a PowerPoint deck. It's an 8-10 page artifact designed like a contraband field manual. Your business truth, documented with surgical precision:

  • What's broken (with specifics from your Living Budget and real operations)

  • What's fighting itself (the coherence gaps I found)

  • The 90-day roadmap (clear milestones, hard decisions, real accountability)

You keep this document. Reference it. Let it guide you. It's the map you needed but couldn't draw yourself because you were too close to see it clearly.

Weeks 4-12: Momentum Protocol (60 days)

We implement together (To be clear, this means I am working on implementation right along with you) using the Weekly Momentum Protocol. A structured cadence that doesn't allow distraction or delay:

Every Monday morning: I send you a 3-minute video with your focus for the week. One thing that matters. One decision to make. One conversation to have.

Every Friday afternoon: You report progress via Loom or voice note (2 minutes maximum). What got done. What didn't. What's in the way.

This creates relentless forward momentum without micromanagement. You're accountable, but you're not alone. And when critical decisions arise between our structured touchpoints, you have direct access.
